Duties and responsibilities

This role focusses on digital marketing to maximize reach to manage and build up sales funnels, lead generation and nurturing campaigns

  • Manage MEA website(s) and ensure keeping it updated and vital all the time
  • Initiate and implement digital and social plan through aligning with global marketing team and other functions. Monitor and report results and key learnings
  • Acquire and retain new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing channels relevant including, PPC, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, webinars, content syndication, email, social, lead nurturing, channel marketing and analytics
  • Localization, adaption and production of content (i.e. text)
  • Lead external suppliers to increase marketing´s contribution to revenue

Furthermore, this role includes following tasks

  • Support in localizing and execute the brand communication programs MEA that effectively describe and promotes VITRONIC´s brand name and its solutions to public through ATL, PR and digital media channels based on global marketing and campaign guidelines and assets in close collaboration with the Global Marketing team to improve brand visibility and increase profitability throughout all branches.
  • Localize, adapt and execute customer marketing plans that integrate both face-to-face and digital tactics into a seamless customer journey.
  • Build up an ongoing media plan, negotiate for media partnerships to drive value with efficiency.
  • Formulate and interpret customer insights, performance KPIs, and analyze reporting’s and feedback to propose changes and improvements to marketing tactics as well as global campaigns (according to local media landscape, user journey and specifics).
  • Ensure approved marketing plans are executed within budget, delivered on time, and in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders and function.
  • Spot local marketing trends and implement them into the plans pro-actively, report to global for knowledge sharing.

Profile

  • Acts on own quality project management, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results
  • Communicates on a smart way to integrate all relevant stakeholders
  • Holding a Bachelors / Master´s Degree
  • 2 till 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, specifically in digital (SEO / SEA, google advertising tools, analytics, content creation (video, picture, text), website CMS systems, etc.)
  • Builds a useful network of contacts and relationships and utilizes it to achieve objectives
  • English is must, Arabic or German beneficial
