VITRONIC and LYL Join Forces in MadridTRAFIC event 08 -11. October 2019, at Feria de Madrid.
Together with its Spanish partner LYL INGENIERIA, VITRONIC represented at the trade fair 'TRAFIC' for the first time. The 16th edition of the International Safe and Sustainable Mobility Exhibition took place from 8th to 11th October, at Feria de Madrid.
The international event brings together the main players in the field of mobility and attracted more than 70 companies from eight different countries. TRAFIC is a platform bringing together both public and private organizations within the sector, to find out people’s needs and showcasing new solutions for efficient and sustainable transport.
TRAFIC 2019 was represented by the five sectors:
- Smart Mobility
- Road Safety
- Traffic Management
In addition to the exhibitions, various congresses, conferences and debates were held. Attending this event was the Spanish Ministry of Ecological Transition, the Ministry of Development and the Direction General de Tráfico (DGT).
Together with LYL INGENIERIA, VITRONIC presented its latest solutions in the field of speed enforcement. Showcased front and centre at the joint partner booth was the ENFORCEMENT TRAILER.
The autonomous system enables long-term or permanent automated speed enforcement at accident hotspots that lack the necessary infrastructure required or that represent a danger to operators. The ENFORCEMENT TRAILER is readily transported to any site, has an immediate startup and performs independently over several days. The speed measurements are performed by certified POLISCAN LIDAR measuring technology authorized for unmanned enforcement operations.
Not only at the exhibition stand, but also in the so-called "Innovation Area" visitors were able to find out about the innovative semi-stationary solution. And the system met with a great visitor interest.
After four days of interesting and promising discussions and meetings, VITRONIC and LYL INGENIERIA generated a positive fellowship. TRAFIC 2019 was a successful step towards more brand and product awareness within the Spanish market.
