ERA GmbH & Co. KG, with headquarters in Heilbronn, joined the VITRONIC Group on February 1, 2019. Founded in 1987, the company specializes in traffic technology services, from sales and measuring system commissioning, to measurement services and case data preparation. With the acquisition of ERA, VITRONIC will further strengthen its position in the growing service provider market. At the same time, ERA will have direct access to VITRONIC product innovations, as well as service and support resources, and will now be able to offer these benefits to its customers. ERA’s current executive board and the company’s founder, Gerhard Faul, will be joined by VITRONIC’s Matthias Pörner (finance) and Boris Wagner (sales).
