Swego czasu bardzo popularnym synonimem udanego przedsięwzięcia było określenie: „Impreza na 102”. Naszym zdaniem pasuje tutaj idealnie - prezentujemy Państwu największy projekt, jaki mieliśmy okazję do tej pory realizować w Polsce.

Projekt dla Krajowej Administracji Skarbowej polegał na dostarczeniu 102 pojazdów wyposażonych w Enforcement Bar, w tym 70 Fordów Transit Custom i 32 Fordy Focus. Czym jest Enforcement Bar? To innowacyjna belka montowana na dachu samochodu patrolowego, dzięki której funkcjonariusze służb publicznych mogą dokonywać zdalnej kontroli opłat za przejazdy w ramach systemu e-TOLL.

Zamontowane w samochodach patrolowych urządzenia Enforcement Bar pozwalają na automatyczne rozpoznawanie numerów rejestracyjnych pojazdów (ANPR) oraz określanie ich kategorii (rozróżnienie aż 15 kategorii pojazdów). Dostarczony sprzęt służy do kontroli poprawności uiszczenia opłaty elektronicznej za przejazd w ramach polskiego Systemu Poboru Opłaty Elektronicznej KAS. Zastosowana technologia gwarantuje odczyt numerów rejestracyjnych z czterech kierunków, osiągając skuteczność na poziomie powyżej 98%, nawet przy znacznych prędkościach pojazdów.

Enforcement Bar, montowany na dachu samochodu patrolowego, to multizadaniowe urządzenie łączące w sobie wiele funkcji niezbędnych dla służb mundurowych. Dzięki zastosowaniu przełomowego rozwiązania, opracowanego przez firmę VITRONIC, funkcjonariusze mają między innymi możliwość natychmiastowej weryfikacji numerów rejestracyjnych i gabarytów mijanych pojazdów, zaparkowanych lub będących w ruchu. Urządzenie umożliwia przekazanie zebranych danych do Systemu Poboru Opłaty Elektronicznej, gdzie następuje ich porównanie z bazą danych zawierającą pojazdy z opłaconym przejazdem.

Czy należy się bać Mobilnych Jednostek Kontroli oraz Mobilnych Punktów Kontroli, bo takie nazwy noszą owe pojazdy? Odpowiedź brzmi – nie, o ile opłaciliśmy przejazd.

Once upon a time in Poland a very popular synonym for a successful event was the expression: "Party on 102!", which means "more than 100% success". In our opinion, it fits in here perfectly - we present you the largest project we have had a chance to carry out in Poland so far.

The project for the National Tax Administration involved the delivery of 102 vehicles equipped with an Enforcement Bar, including 70 Ford Transit Custom and 32 Ford Focus. What is an Enforcement Bar? It is an innovative bar, mounted on the roof of a patrol car, thanks to which public service officers can carry out remote control of road toll within the Polish e-TOLL system.

The Enforcement Bar device installed in the patrol cars enables automatic recognition of vehicle registration numbers (ANPR) and determining their category (distinction of as many as 15 vehicle categories). The delivered equipment is used to control the correctness of payment of electronic toll for the passage within the Polish Electronic Toll Collection System KAS. The applied technology guarantees reading of registration numbers from four directions, achieving efficiency at the level of over 98%, even at high vehicle speeds.

The Enforcement Bar, mounted on the roof of a patrol car, is a multi-purpose device combining many functions necessary for uniformed services. Thanks to the application of a breakthrough solution developed by VITRONIC, the officers are able to immediately verify the registration numbers and dimensions of passing vehicles, parked or in motion. The device makes it possible to transfer the collected data to the Electronic Toll Collection System, where they are compared with a database containing vehicles with paid passage.

Should we be afraid of Mobile Control Units and Mobile Checkpoints, as these vehicles are called? The answer is no, as long as we have paid the fee.
