Furthermore, our Auto-ID solutions automatically capture and record all information on labels: both bar codes and plain text, even if they are damaged, behind a film, or difficult to read.

Warehouse automation
For outgoing goods, all delivery information must be processed as quickly and accurately as possible. Our solutions automatically capture all codes and plain text on the labels, document the packages with real images, and register exactly when they leave the warehouse – all at high conveyor speeds. As a result, not only are goods handled 50 times faster than manual handling, but the condition and status of the merchandise is precisely documented so that any irregularities can be resolved.
The dimensions of the deliveries are also captured and recorded by our Auto-ID systems to ensure that loading and transportation can be optimized and organized effectively.

Reverse logistics automation
Returns are a huge factor for optimizing logistics processes, especially because of the time it takes to accept returns, identify the items, and ship replacements. Our Auto-ID solutions automate the returns processing. They capture all address labels as well as handwritten and machine-printed reasons for returns using OCR, create images of the returned items, and transfer all data accurately to your ERP systems. This automation enables up to 900 returns per hour and is around 5 times faster than manual processing. It also avoids errors, facilitates subsequent process checks, and automatically provides valuable customer knowledge for product range optimization.
